The Clay County Bar Association was founded in 1971, with Richard McFadin, Glennon E. McFarland, Thomas E. Allen, Arthur Kincaid and William B. Waters initially serving as board members. Membership in the Clay County Bar Association is open to all attorneys and judges practicing in Clay County, Missouri. If you would like to join, please complete an Application, which is available on our membership page. The Clay County Bar Association provides free CLEs to its members and hosts several social events throughout the year. The Clay County Bar Association is now on Facebook.
